• PULSE-I does not replace insolvency law advice or decisions by insolvency administrators, courts or creditor committees.
• Technical assessments and cost estimates (TAM) are approximations and do not replace site inspections, tenders or cost calculations under DIN 276.
• Sustainability and climate risk scorings (NAIX) and CRREM pathways are based on model scenarios and historical data. Stranding dates and risk values are estimates; local conditions may not be fully captured.
• ESG evaluations (WOHNEN, RFP) are technical assessments. They do not replace a legal review of regulatory obligations (e.g. EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD) or the lender's credit decision.
• Regulatory requirements change continuously. No warranty is given for the continued validity of regulatory assessments.
